The gourmet tour begins at the annual festival and continues on into Northern and Southern Tuscany, with plenty of good food and wine along the way! The guide is a passionate expert in his field with degrees from a wine school in London, courses in olive oil in Tuscany, and membership in Food and FIJEV (International Federation of Wine & Spirit Journalists & Writers). He also writes for Italian food and wine magazines, and is fluent in English.
