University of Gastronomic Sciences: CCA Scholarship

A truly unique academic institution, the University of Gastronomic Sciences was founded by Slow Food in conjunction with the regional authorities of Emilia-Romagna and Piedmont. The objective is to create an international research and training center working to renew farming methods, protect biodiversity and maintain an organic relationship between gastronomy and agricultural science.

Slow Food SF is currently raising funds for a scholarship to send students from the California Culinary Academy to this University in Bra, Italy.
