We are exploring much more than just New Zealand. We are currently in Australia and looking to learn more about the Ligurian Bees on Kangaroo Island - an Ark of Taste project in Australia before moving on to Italy. We've also just interviewed a couple of farmers who produce fantastic duck eggs.
